Essence
I work with those who define criteria — not those who follow them.
My focus is on analyzing and reshaping the logic of selection systems:
rankings, bibliometrics, metrics, strategic indicators, expert recognition.
Context
Indicators and rankings aren’t mirrors — they’re mechanisms of control.
When institutions adjust to imposed criteria, they lose agency.
But when the logic of measurement is reconstructed, metrics serve the mission again.
What I do
-
Institutional trajectory analysis: scientific, expert, strategic
-
Diagnostic of metric logic: what your indicators actually capture
-
Bibliometric evaluation: comparability, distortion, strategic drift
-
Reconstruction of evaluation systems: from metrics to meaningful architecture
-
Expert and public positioning: structure before quantity
One concrete example of my consulting in educational systems: the PostData project.
Result
You receive not recommendations — but a redesigned frame of reference.
A structure where metrics reflect your mission, not distort it.
Format and scope are discussed individually. Pilot models possible.
